Hi friends! It's me again. You'll all be thrilled to hear that I had a great idea.

What is this idea, you ask? Well... I want to throw a feast! In my homeland they're a great way for people to come together, eat ourselves stupid, and make merry. We could all use some of that with everything that's been happening lately. The spring ball already feels like forever ago, and not everyone was here to enjoy it.

There's just a few simple rules: you have to bring some food or drink from your world, or as close as you can get! And you'd better label it so we all know which foods are from where. [...He's not actually going to enforce this rule, he just thinks it'd be more fun. And educational!]

The other rules are absolutely NO fighting, and no tying each other to trees to get attention, no matter how fun and cute it may seem on paper.

I'll send out the location of the feast closer to the time. As for timing -- how about the last day of this moon? That way you have no excuse not to prepare something, and spread the word to people who are bad at using these things!

As for if you can't cook, maybe you could pitch in and help someone else? Or tell someone good at cooking what kind of things you like to eat, so they'll make it for you? Whatever works!

Okay, logistics lover! Hopefully I can answer your very perceptive questions.

I'd like it to be outdoors, so whenever I've picked a good spot people are welcome to bring portable stoves, or rope in mages that can heat and keep things warm. If you have either, bring them along!

I'd also like it to be buffet style, so everyone can just nab what they want. Getting served a meal is way too formal, especially when the theme of the feast is to try a little of everything, wouldn't you say?

I think this is a splendid idea.
I'll have to see what sort of dishes from Erdrea I can replicate to bring along.
Sampling foods from different worlds was one of the best parts of the spring masquerade, in my opinion.

In the meantime, is there anything else I can do to help you get things in order?
I like to keep busy, and I could use a distraction at the moment.

Hey Jade! The masquerade's where I got the idea. But I thought it would be more fun this time if people picked their own favourite dishes, since some of the choices at the masquerade were a little
questionable...
Plus, we can ask the people who made them about their dishes, and learn more about each other in the process. It's a win-win to me!

As for what you can do to help, you think you and your friends can help me get some stuff together, like big long tables, chairs, maybe some outdoor stoves for heating up food and stuff? I can't say I have a lot of resources on my own, so I'm hoping if everyone chips in a little, we'll have everything we need.

Hey! I know it's not conventional, but it's not like any one of us has the funds to throw a big feast for the whole city alone. Plus, this way we get to try all kinds of things and learn about one another.

Oh-- but as for how much to bring, I'll leave that to you. As long as everyone brings at least a little something, whether that be food or drink, we'll have plenty to go around.
