Hi friends! It's me again. You'll all be thrilled to hear that I had a great idea.
What is this idea, you ask? Well... I want to throw a feast! In my homeland they're a great way for people to come together, eat ourselves stupid, and make merry. We could all use some of that with everything that's been happening lately. The spring ball already feels like forever ago, and not everyone was here to enjoy it.
There's just a few simple rules: you have to bring some food or drink from your world, or as close as you can get! And you'd better label it so we all know which foods are from where. [...He's not actually going to enforce this rule, he just thinks it'd be more fun. And educational!]
The other rules are absolutely NO fighting, and no tying each other to trees to get attention, no matter how fun and cute it may seem on paper.
[he's naming no names!! you know who you are!]
I'll send out the location of the feast closer to the time. As for timing -- how about the last day of this moon? That way you have no excuse not to prepare something, and spread the word to people who are bad at using these things!
I'm counting on you all.

Claude! How many people must we obtain food for to attend? This is a strange means of throwing a feast.
[ Servants usually prepare food for gods???? The servants at the inn aren't particularly skilled at cooking (they only ever seem to make a strange bread called muffins and strange "cereals" with something called a marshmallow?? That people pour milk from the teat of a cattle onto????) But if he can get some money, he can buy a keg. Ancient Egypt knows what's up about beer. His mom showed the humans how to make it, it seems like the ideal thing to bring. ]

Hey! I know it's not conventional, but it's not like any one of us has the funds to throw a big feast for the whole city alone. Plus, this way we get to try all kinds of things and learn about one another.
Oh-- but as for how much to bring, I'll leave that to you. As long as everyone brings at least a little something, whether that be food or drink, we'll have plenty to go around.

[ It sounds like an interesting concept. One that he couldn't experience back home, since everyone is Egyptian. ]
