Hi friends! It's me again. You'll all be thrilled to hear that I had a great idea.
What is this idea, you ask? Well... I want to throw a feast! In my homeland they're a great way for people to come together, eat ourselves stupid, and make merry. We could all use some of that with everything that's been happening lately. The spring ball already feels like forever ago, and not everyone was here to enjoy it.
There's just a few simple rules: you have to bring some food or drink from your world, or as close as you can get! And you'd better label it so we all know which foods are from where. [...He's not actually going to enforce this rule, he just thinks it'd be more fun. And educational!]
The other rules are absolutely NO fighting, and no tying each other to trees to get attention, no matter how fun and cute it may seem on paper.
[he's naming no names!! you know who you are!]
I'll send out the location of the feast closer to the time. As for timing -- how about the last day of this moon? That way you have no excuse not to prepare something, and spread the word to people who are bad at using these things!
I'm counting on you all.

He may or may not answer questions about the tree incident, sooo... two birds with one stone?
no subject
huh
thanks
[ he's honestly surprised to get a straight answer out of someone that easily, even if it's not juicy gossip. ]
people are like legit helpful here and stuff huh
nice, normal-sounding rules for the event too...
lol what's the catch about this place

I just want to break down the walls between people from different worlds! Feasts are great for that sort of thing.

i had to ask
cuz where i just came from ?
everything has a catch
if it doesn't that's because it's probably just awful upfront in an obvious way
it was always one or the other
so
this is nice
feast sounds good
especially if people are eating the food
and nothing else

In my experience, no matter how awful people can be to each other, food's a great way to bring them together. I can't imagine a world where even something like that would have a catch.
Just relax and have fun, okay? That's the idea.

[ which he will remain deliberately mysterious about because there are some things you probably shouldn't dive into with people you just met via text before you attend their parties. ]
BUT i for one really enjoy food
and fun
so you will hear no complaints out of me
i'm naturally gifted in relaxation~

Good! I'll look forward to seeing you there, in that case.
