What jobs might be available for a young man with experience in the restaurant business? I don't mean waiting tables, I mean running the business. Or, even better, what sorts of restaurants and eateries is this place lacking?

How easy? And what type of "spicy food"? Most cuisines can be spicy, if you prepare it right.

Ah.. I've never made manju, but I've helped Touko-san make udon before. I mostly only prepped the vegetables, though.

Yes, I run the Mostro Lounge on campus and have for nearly two years now. My mother owns and operates one of the more popular ristorantes in the Coral Sea, as well. I have a lot of experience.

Avalon's lacking in curry places. We need a place that serves different types of ramen. There are no trendy burger places with crazy milkshakes either! We need some barbecue places! Bubble tea! Pancakes! Sukiyaki or hot pot! Yakitori! Sushi!

I'll admit I know more about fine dining establishments than street food or burgers, but the same concept applies to all restaurants no matter the price point.

[Quality food, quality service, and hiring people who know what the hell they're doing in the event you don't.

And also making very one-sided deals with distributors to get your ingredients at insane prices but that last one may just be him.]

...Is there seriously no place that serves breakfast food or bubble tea, though? Those are stables.

[Fine dining, huh? Crow has no idea what that's like. He normally goes for street food or food within his Rom's price range. Though, Crow's sure this guy can make any of his suggestions gourmet.]

We do have coffee places and smoothies have been getting big lately, but I haven't come across a bubble tea place yet. And I know someone who opened up a diner, but the pancakes I'm looking for are soufflé style.

So what exactly is fine dining? All I can think of is tiny portions and presentation.
