I'll admit I know more about fine dining establishments than street food or burgers, but the same concept applies to all restaurants no matter the price point.

[Quality food, quality service, and hiring people who know what the hell they're doing in the event you don't.

And also making very one-sided deals with distributors to get your ingredients at insane prices but that last one may just be him.]


...Is there seriously no place that serves breakfast food or bubble tea, though? Those are stables.
