What jobs might be available for a young man with experience in the restaurant business? I don't mean waiting tables, I mean running the business. Or, even better, what sorts of restaurants and eateries is this place lacking?

A gentleman's lounge, though really it's only a men's lounge since I attend an all-boy's school. Think...classy.
