What jobs might be available for a young man with experience in the restaurant business? I don't mean waiting tables, I mean running the business. Or, even better, what sorts of restaurants and eateries is this place lacking?

It's pretty easy to obtain a business license to run your own business around here. [Says someone who did it just recently.]

Avalon's lacking in curry places. We need a place that serves different types of ramen. There are no trendy burger places with crazy milkshakes either! We need some barbecue places! Bubble tea! Pancakes! Sukiyaki or hot pot! Yakitori! Sushi!
