But it's worth being cautious about the insect nests in some of those trees. Some of them are hard to see.

Logic hasn’t exactly been common in this place, so I’d assume even cookie trees have their place here. Somehow.

It’s good to be cautious but if these are a norm, there probably isn’t any harm in trying it either. The instructions don’t say you have to eat them, though. If you want to continue being safe than sorry, just don’t eat them. It’s a contest to pick the most, not to eat them.

[That being said, he’s not eating them either. While he’s certain some would go great with coffee, there’s something... unsanitary about eating cookies that have been in trees. Who knows what manner of animals or insects touched them?!]
