It's funny to me how we have pumpkins running rampant and other sort of spooky stuff when this place has never heard of Halloween. Though sure, pumpkins are a part of autumn anyway.
That being said, advice to anyone who might need it: don't go trick or treating unless you want to get arrested by knights. This isn't America, going to knock people's doors asking for candy and threatening them with a prank isn't going to go well.

[ Look, she got the lowdown from the Throne, she knows the historical connections between the holiday of her era and Halloween, but she's not gonna take this laying down! ]

But considering Samhain is a bit different from Halloween, I would see that be celebrated more likely.

"Guising" is what we called it in my time.

Lestari has a Death Ball. I'm pretty sure that's the closest you get to Halloween or Samhain here.

I asked around and the solstice last month summons the dead. Then they depart in October to go to other worlds for their various celebrations of deceased visitors. That's how they do things here.

Do you take me for the sort of fool who would not know the difference, sir?

I read their texts. I studied their history. The mirror may be oddly shaped, but it is still a mirror all the same. This is not my Camelot, but it is Camelot, so.
I am not simply making assumptions here.

I will believe you.

S-sorry about that. I guess I just felt... challenged, even though that wasn't what you were doing.
