[ When the camera clicks on, it takes a second to focus, like the wielder isn’t quite used to filming, but the image becomes clear soon enough: a solid-looking door with ivy crawling up the wall on either side. On the door’s sole window, painted in simple, blocky black letters, are the words INUI CONSULTING. ]

It’s not home. [ Juzo’s voice comes from somewhere behind the camera. ] But it’ll do.

[ The camera suddenly switches perspective, landing squarely on Juzo’s barrel. As ever, he has a cigarette clamped between his teeth, smoke trailing behind him and background bobbing as he walks into the office. ]

Back home, I worked as a Resolver, which is pretty much what it sounds like: if folks had a problem, I’d solve it for them. Not for free, of course. I’m not runnin’ a charity.

[ A moment of jostling while he takes a seat at his desk. He takes the cigarette from his mouth and exhales a plume of smoke off to the side. ]

Anything from finding missing persons, to bodyguard work, to negotiating peace between rival gangs. My skills cover a wide array. So, I figured why not keep it up here? Not everything’s gonna make it onto the Questboard. And besides, wouldn’t wanna get rusty.

My doors are open. Prices are negotiable based on the job. If you’ve got questions, feel free to ask.

[ He’ll end the transmission by dropping a pin with the location of his office, for anyone who wants to swing by. ]

[The way she says the term makes it sound like she has only recently discovered the concept. Hopefully whatever she gifts won't mar the hard-boiled detective look the office has going for it....]

Not like I own the concept. You can start up your own - they say a little competition is good for business.

[ A hum. ]

Realistically speaking, I'm not sure I could pull it off, thinking about it more.

I'm not much of a people person.

I'm not much of one either. I think some folks prefer it that way - they know I'm here to get the job done, not to make friends.

[Wow. That is one impressive countenance. That Izuku doesn't find strange rather he finds it incredibly cool. This guy seems like a mercenary hero out of some sort of edgy comic book... Awesome.]

This- This seems a lot like what a hero agency might work on! Or more like a mercenary agency, I think...!

[He looks so wide-eyed up, like a new fan.]

Have you always done this sort of thing? You must have some great stories...!

[ Has anyone ever looked at him like they're starstruck before? Not in his recent memory, and frankly it's a little weird. ]

A... "hero agency"? [ Sounds a little too squeaky clean for him. ]

Been doing it for the last few years and some change. I've got a few stories.

[While he kind of has a feeling this sort of thing leans on the "mercenary" side of things there is still something honorable about trying to resolve issues for others. Or in this case, "fix" things? He wants to know more! Like someone looking into a new fandom.]

That's right, a hero agency. Heroes that are trained work for agencies that help with tasks to protect and serve the cities. Taking care of any sort of villains that might cause trouble or damage. But they tend to pick up other tasks as needed too.

[You know, like saving cats from trees.]

It's something like that, isn't it?

[ The last guy that Juzo met who went around calling himself a "hero" turned out to be anything but, so perhaps his view on such things is a little more cynical than most. ]

Back up. They train heroes where you're from?

[ There is a very, vary long pause that follows as Juzo reads this message over once, twice, and several times more. Something about the shift in his posture suggests he's vaguely uncomfortable, but his expression, as ever, doesn't (more like can't) change. ]

Do I look like some kinda matchmaker to you?

How was I supposed to know you'd jump to that conclusion? Nobody's ever asked me to find 'em a girlfriend before!

[She's seen him around before, of course— he's difficult to miss, for one, and they have a friend or two in common, but they've never really had cause to interact until now. While once she would have been naive enough to believe that a city's guard or some other form of law enforcement could be trusted to handle any situation among those he'd mentioned, those days have long since passed.]

Nice to see someone with an interest in keeping Camelot's streets safe. For as often as I've turned to the Questboard, one has to imagine there are, indeed, countless other jobs that need doing that don't show up there.

[The rust pun doesn't escape her, but she'll just appreciate that silently for now.]

So, is there any job too small? Kitten stuck in a tree, perhaps?

Dunno. Guess I'd take it on a case-by-case basis, but with a mug like this, most animals just turn tail and run. I might not be the best guy to handle cats in trees.

Fair enough. I'm certain there are plenty of other situations in which that might come in handy. You do leave quite an impression.

[Something she's sure she doesn't have to tell him, but at least she's not another person in distress about looking at a talking gun on her phone.]

Not at all. I see nothing wrong with exchanging services for something on monetary value.

I do admit some slight curiosity over the term used. 'Resolver' is not one I have heard before in regards any sort of profession.
