[ JJ's voice comes - well, loudly over the network. He's here, and he's excited. He's outside, if the background of trees and grass is any indication. He takes a seat on a bench, settling in and behind him is -- well, a moose. It's still pretty decently sized, even if it is small for a moose. ]

Soooo [ a hum ] - hello, Camelot! I'm JJ. And this is -- well, he doesn't have a name yet.

[ The camera flashes to three miniature eskimo dogs that he has with him. ]

And these are Charlie, Esme, and Luc. I'm working on a name for my familiar, but I figured it might be fun to ask.

So, show me pictures of your pets. Your familiars. Tell me what their names are if they have them or anything neat you want to share. It might be a little inspiration and honestly who doesn't love cute animal pics right?

[ He looks like he's about to turn off the device but then pauses - ]

Almost forgot! It's my birthday on the 15th, so in two days! So that means if you go do the hotel lobby -- there will cupcakes there. Chocolate and vanilla and maybe strawberry or something fun like that. I haven't decided on them all.

Yep! It's not that easy [ laughs ] so I'm still getting a hang on it. It's gonna be handy for making potions with alchemy, I think.

I bet. There must be books on that kind of thing though, right? I haven't found anything to help with Light magic.

There's some, yeah. What sort of stuff can you do with it??

Well, obviously there's light. Making stuff invisible, magic like, solid stuff out of light? Which is weird, but really useful. And I think you can do stuff with illusions, but I haven't figured that bit out at all.

It would probably have helped if I'd taken Physics in high school.

I don't know if it'd really help. Physics seems kinda weird next to magic. You know, it's very grounded?

Is it? I always imagined it as like, biology class, but with a ton of Greek letters instead of latin names.
