Hello, everyone. Please excuse this question if it has been asked before; I only just arrived, so I'm still trying to get my bearings, but...

How common is it for people from the same world to arrive together? But not... really together? By which I mean, not from the same point in time. There seem to be many people I know here, but I'm not sure we all line up the way we should.

(That said, if anyone from U.A. is reading this, I think it might be prudent if we all got on the same page with regards to what we do or don't remember.)

Additionally, if there is anyone here who has experience with elemental magic and wouldn't mind showing someone who's new to it how to use it, I would be very appreciative.

Fortunately for me, I've arrived from the same point in time--or near as I can tell--as my companions. [Or singular, companion. It depends on how many worlds back you're defining "from the same world."] From prior experience with other worlds, and from discussion with otherworldly travelers previously, however, this misalignment seems to be a thing that does, unfortunately, happen. Frankly, I am just pleased to have clearly defined memories this go-around, instead of sparsely recovered ones.

If I might ask, what is U.A? Did they add yet another country when I wasn't looking?

And yes, I suppose it would be similar to Todoroki-san's Quirk, only with the addition of wind and earth manipulation abilities.

From what I am able to tell, it varies from person to person. In my case, there are many people from my own world with me.

I have some experience with Elemental Magic, and hopefully to the standards you are looking for. I do not mind showing someone, though I am unsure about my ability to properly teach it.

I seem to have arrived here by myself, but the fact that people can arrive from different times is something I'll keep in mind. Just in case any of my friends get here.

I'm also still trying to work out magic, but I think mine might also be elemental as well. I'm having luck in calling winds. A little bit, anyway.

I wouldn't rule out anyone else you know coming in over time. It seems that only one person was here from our world, then as the months went on, more of us have followed.

Wind has been hard for me. So far, I can make a small fire, but I can't do very much with it once I've created it.

I think... From what I understand, our connection to our familiars is what makes us able to use the magic they have given us. The stronger that connection, the stronger our magic.

Or maybe it's the other way around...?

But my familiar doesn't really talk, either. He just makes little snipping noises.

I can't speak for how common it is, but I arrived at the same time as someone else I knew. Except, of course, there is a difference of four years between us.

It is a little disorienting. I can't imagine how much more confusing it would be if there was more than just myself and him in this situation.

The difference between myself and the others from my world is not so great.
But then, we're all still students. A four year span would be something quite significant.

How have you managed the gap between you? Did the one who is from the future tell the one from the past about what will happen for them?
