Hello, everyone. Please excuse this question if it has been asked before; I only just arrived, so I'm still trying to get my bearings, but...

How common is it for people from the same world to arrive together? But not... really together? By which I mean, not from the same point in time. There seem to be many people I know here, but I'm not sure we all line up the way we should.

(That said, if anyone from U.A. is reading this, I think it might be prudent if we all got on the same page with regards to what we do or don't remember.)

Additionally, if there is anyone here who has experience with elemental magic and wouldn't mind showing someone who's new to it how to use it, I would be very appreciative.

Oh, yes! You must have spoken with either Todoroki-san or Amakiji-senpai. They both arrived here before the rest of us did.

And yes, that's mostly right. Our Quirks (our super powers) don't develop until we are around four years old, but they are something we have naturally, usually inherited from our parents.

Quirks are rarely as straightforward as that. There's usually some other element to them.

Such as, you can fly because you have wings.
Or you have super strength because your body converts sugar into strength, and for every 10g of sugar you eat, your strength multiplies proportionally.
(That last example comes from one of my classmates, actually.)

But yes, you have the general idea.
Quirks are just such a normalized thing where I come from... It's almost hard to imagine a world where no one has them.

That is an oddly specific amount of grams of sugar for body strength. Although, it does make sense as your body would need it.

But I guess it must be strange coming into this world without them. I don't blame you as I'm use to having a Persona with me. It's strange to not have him around anymore.

What's a Persona? Or... is should that be 'who?'

It's kind of like a familiar? However, a Persona is more of a reflection of yourself. They can take various different forms and are based on mythological beings.

Back home, I can summon Kala-Nemi and he's from Hindu mythology.

I see. So this whole business with our familiars here must not be as jarring for you.

It isn't but it is something else when your familiar is something you know from back home.

Well, I can't say that I know my familiar from home or anything like that...

But he definitely gets himself into more than enough trouble.

I don't know if you're familiar with Japanese yōkai at all. But he's a kamikiri. Which means if I don't have him in my line of sight at all times, then he's skittered off to try to cut someone's hair behind my back.

A little bit but that makes it a little difficult to keep track of if he keeps doing this all the time.

I wonder how you're keeping an eye on him!

I can't be watching him all the time, no. So I'm sure there are plenty of people out there getting hair cuts that they don't particularly want.

But hopefully he has learned by now not to do it while I'm with him.

You really think that would work? I just worry what would happen if he might cut someone's hair and make them really angry.

How are you going to handle that?

I'm not really sure. I suppose I'll have to cross that bridge when I come to it.

Especially girls too, I heard it is a big deal for them!
