Hello, everyone. Please excuse this question if it has been asked before; I only just arrived, so I'm still trying to get my bearings, but...

How common is it for people from the same world to arrive together? But not... really together? By which I mean, not from the same point in time. There seem to be many people I know here, but I'm not sure we all line up the way we should.

(That said, if anyone from U.A. is reading this, I think it might be prudent if we all got on the same page with regards to what we do or don't remember.)

Additionally, if there is anyone here who has experience with elemental magic and wouldn't mind showing someone who's new to it how to use it, I would be very appreciative.

Back in my world, I'm in training to become a professional hero, and the name I have chosen to go by is The Everything Hero: Creati.

Really? It's a well known career track in my world. But maybe the same is not true for other worlds.

It's probably something you will get used to. I often find that things that are common where I'm from do not seem to exist in other places or exist under a different name.

What does being a professional hero entail?

I suppose that sort of cultural difference is something we'll have to get used to, being in a place with people from so many different worlds.

A pro hero is someone who uses their Quirk to help stop crime and save lives during emergencies or disasters, assisting civilians until the police and other emergency personnel can arrive on the scene. It is a hero's duty to do everything they can to protect people.

I like to consider it an opportunity. Imagine all the different things you could learn. I'm sure more than some of it will be helpful when we return.

I am still not entirely sure what the difference is between a pro hero and the police. Also, what is a Quirk?

That's a good way to think of it! A learning opportunity is never something to let pass by!

"Quirk" is what we call the superhuman ability that the majority of people in my world are born with, or develop at a young age. Everyone's Quirk is different, though a lot of quirks are passed down from generation to generation. Pro Heroes are in part meant to be able to stop superpowered crime that the police aren't equipped to handle, or to be first responders to help civilians until the actual authorities can arrive and take over. They assist the police and other emergency personnel more often than not.

I see. That's unlike anything else I know. Still, if I may ask, if most people have a Quirk then why can't police deal with those superpowered crimes? Do they not also have a Quirk?
