This is more personal curiosity than anything too important but I wanted to ask how many of us have some sort of military experience?

Military isn't really something I feel like we need here, with the knights and all, but military skills are something I would very much like to keep up with.

Of course I do train with my girlfriend, but interacting with different sorts of military types is important too.

Do you have a morning run partner yet? I do an 8km run every morning, regardless of weather, followed by a standard nature course.

[ Riou is much older than Jean... like, at least a decade, maybe some change. But Riou's been stationed in a number of countries and 18 isn't actually as hard a number as people like to believe it is. It doesn't bother him.

Though, "standard nature course" is probably not anything standard for anyone except for Riou. ]

I have some. I was trained with the focus on aerospace engineering and astro exploration. [ so basically, an astronaut who can also kick ass. don’t ask why the galaxy garrison operates this way. ] But I have battle experience as well.

I've more experience leading armies than joining them, but any opportunity to keep myself in fighting shape is worth pursuing.

I was thinking about at hand-to-hand combat, but sparring with weapons wouldn't be a problem either. Basic strength training would likely be a good idea, too.

I'm always open for suggestions, too.

Oh! So there's more of us here? I'm pretty good with a sword, if you ever used one?? But I was part of a special ops team back home. But I guess for here it doesn't really matter too much anymore.

I wouldn't mind doing some training though, if you'd like!

I'm actually currently learning how to use a normal sword, so if you're up for sparring with a beginner, that would be alright with me.

In a sense I was part of special ops as well, but yeah, right now it's kind of a useless title.
