I would say just find some people who will drag him out into social situations whether he likes it or not, but that sounds like it isn't an option.

I would say finding someone who shares the same interests would be a good start.

Pink lady sometimes does that, but I think she's only able to do that because they're friends from his home.

And all he does is like, odd jobs in the city and train. I don't think many people here are like... That boring.
