( welcome to the outdoors, Avalon Network. to be specific, welcome to the outdoor course at off limits parkour gym, because that's all that's on the screen. no sign of the person behind the username, though the observant among you may realise that's because her phone is attached to her clothes, GoPro style.
and that's the only warning there is that things are about to start moving, as Kate is quite wordless when she starts running, springing up steps and raised walls to gain height, climbing from one end of the course to the other, where she makes the leap and pulls herself onto the rooftops, continuing to move like liquid across the skyline of the city in an increasingly twisty and complex course which eventually leads her back down to ground, just around the corner from off limits. from there, it's a quick jog until she reaches the gym itself — the yellow light of the neon logo bouncing off her top knot as she lifts the camera to speak into it. )
Think you can do this? ( she pushes a loose bit of hair out of her face with an exhale, biting back the urge to just cancel this whole stupid promotional tactic. ) Prove it.
( that's all from this live broadcast, but scroll down, and you'll find a text description explaining the point of this: )

( she does not. she may or may not be typing one up as they message because, ah hell. he's right. )
didn't think you'd be scared of a bit of running.
( think long term, Rei. you can steal her money now or you can have a steady stream of profit from how often she probably visits the Roost. )

Ha ha! Yeah, sure. Guess I'll have to come practice.

but yes that was helpful, she was so caught up in promoting this idea that she forgot about the practicalities. this is what you get when you're used to doing this kinda shit and stop thinking about the actual danger of your hobby/current job.)that mean i need to make a senior citizens course?

How many old men patrons other than me do you even get, anyway? Just make it a private one-on-one session with me and be done with it.
[Is this flirting?????]

Will it work?

Nevermind. I'll see you then.
[he will just annoy her by whining. And also show up late, but he always shows up late, so that's unrelated.]

honestly, she didn't expect him to agree. even had checked the schedule to see what afternoon times she would have to eventually offer. saying she's flattered might be going a bit far — she's pretty sure it's a matter of pride more than any sort of compliment — but she's... pleasantly surprised. let's just say that. )
good boy.
( but that doesn't mean she has to be less of an ass. )
