[The video opens up to a familiar face to some, probably unfamiliar face to most. Ochako here hasn't much used the network herself - mostly just checks it and responds to friends and things that ping her interest, mostly. But today? Today is special.

Because today is the day she need a bit of...advice? Help?? Guidance???

Something. She sure fucking needs something right now, holy shi--]

Um...h-hello, everyone. My name is Uraraka Ochako - but, eheh...pl-please call me Ochako-chan, or Uraraka-san if you want to be formal. [She clears her throat, looking off camera very, very frequently, at something just out of the camera's viewfinder.] So, I...h-have a question? I guess?

Um!! I-I know you can kind of get famous and stuff here - kind of like a celebrity I guess? Or, uh...y'know.

Status [She coughs into her fist, glancing offscreen then back.] Titles.








[There's a long, long, LONG pause, before she plucks the letter she got in her Inn room's mailbox and reads it over again, silently, one of the pages on the back of it very clearly addressed to Lady Uraraka.]

I have a house.

...Castle.

Castle-house.

And...land. So very much land. Ehehehe...hehe...hee.

[Her giggle afterwards is slightly manic, and there's a delicate sheen of sweat now on her brow, and a pleading look to the camera that very obviously is a cry of:

I AM SIXTEEN YEARS OLD, WHAT THE FUCK DO I DO???]

That's a good way to look at it; and a familiar one.

[There was a chuckle there. Helping out up front and not behind a desk was a sentiment he could share.]

Like I said, politics seem difficult at first. But once you've got your bearings its none to hard. Just think of it as another frontline to fight on, or a chore that needs doing.

[He shrugged, seeming to at least show some belief in those words! And in her and that energy she was showing!]

Anyway, it's fine to be nervous-- would be more worried if you weren't. Nervous and excited. So, relax, you'll do fine; there's nothing to really mess up and things can be handled in whatever creative way you wish to. Thus, newly minted Lady! I believe in you and know you'll do everything you can, as best you can!

[While being book smart and tactical do play a good role in being a Hero - they need to know and abide by local laws so as not to break them, and strategize the best course of action to avoid casualties and minimize property damage - much of what a Hero does is up front and personal. Unless the mission is that of stealth or reconnaissance, the vast majority of it is front line rescue and battling. There's medical practice, yeah...especially for those training to be Rescue Heroes (like herself), but they are essentially first responders in the broadest of terms.]

Oh...thinking of it like that might help. Like a problem to solve or something. [That might explain how Momo and Iida are so dang smart - they can perceive things way better than she can, and view them in multiple angles.] You must be really smart, sir.

[And kind of reminds her of Gunhead? In that "looks tough, but acts cute and sweet as hell" sort of way.]

Ah--oh...um!! Th-Thank you...eheh, I really don't know what else to say. Thank you very much for believing in me. [Omigosh, that's so nice? What is this high praise and well wishes and believing in her, is this what an actual Pro Hero gets when they do some cool thing or good deed or aaaaaaaa. What does she do, erm. Bow? Yes, bowing probably is polite, she will bow to the camera.]

[Smart, him? Well, yes he is! Just... that's one thing no one ever really equates him to! All muscle and punching things. None of that cuteness...! So, congrats Uraraka! You're a good bean in his book.]

[Please, no bowing to him over the camera! But yes, this is high praise and well wishing, and propping someone else up who needs it! Because clearly, she's kind of having some anxiety issues right now; and that's hitting him right in the feels.] But you don't have to say anything; just promise that you'll do your best to relax and know that you'll do just fine.

[People can be smart in many different ways! Ochako herself isn't super book smart, but she's great with her finances and has the encyclopedic knowledge of space and certain sciences as well. It's all a matter of what interests someone.]

Pffft, I don't think I'd be able to handle anyone bowing to me...th-that's way more embarrassing!! I'm not a princess, or a queen, or anything! And I barely know how to be anything, erm...lady-like. [That's more Yaoyorozu's scene. Ochako is polite and nice, but she's got about as much grace as a three-legged pony.] And this is just a way we show thanks in my world. Or greeting, or ask forgiveness for something, or--...we actually bow for a lot of things, ehehe. So maybe it wouldn't be so bad.

R-Right!! I already said I'd do it, so there's no backing out now! I'm gonna do my best and work real hard! If not for the people back home, then definitely for the people here! Plus Ultra!!
