Hello everyone, my name is Aurora and I hope you fair well this morning.

I am sure many of you have heard of Sir Claude's feast announcement, and I truly find it to be a marvelous idea!

If I may, though, I had noticed while he spoke to others, that many mentioned they did not know how to cook or bake.

Admittedly, I am no master chef but I know my way around a kitchen and several recipes well enough. If you would like, I do not mind offering assistance so you can learn how to make something a recipe home... Or at the very least, trying my best to help replicate the dish in question.

All I ask of you, in turn, is that you provide the recipe and ingredients, I shall provide the kitchen and instructions. Though, I will also happily supply one of my own recipes and ingredients as well, if you find yourself in want of ideas.

[Congratulations! Aurora is the winner of Wei Wuxian's inaugural video message. As a bonus, Lan Zhan is a little visible as well, though as more of an out of focus partial shape than a participant. This sort of cryptid behavior is probably the only way he will ever appear on video. Wei Wuxian however is at his most polite and well-behaved, though not his most concise.]

Hello, Aurora! We talked about curses I think? And I did ask the feast guy about kitchens, if you saw that. Ah, this is Wei Wuxian, by the way. I can probably handle the cooking just fine, but like I said to the feast guy, it's the kitchen that's a problem. Could I please borrow the kitchen too? Even if I don't need help cooking?

That would be very appreciated! The inn really doesn't, but I can't really complain, because at least there's breakfast. Now I just have to decide what to make. You have to strike a balance between impressive and too much work, you know? And I'm sure I'm very out of practice.

Well, what country or kingdom do you hail from, Wei Wuxian? Sir Claude did request the dishes be from our own home countries.

But if you are out of practice, a couple of simple dishes are sure to get you right as rain.

[That seems impossibly broad, so broad as to be meaningless and his brain dumps the concept immediately. Better to narrow it down.]

I'm from Yunmeng, which has very flavorful food. But I don't know what would be good to make a lot of at a time. Soup? Noodles? But it should be a little spicy and not too much work. Maybe steamed fish with a lot of aromatics? That's easy, but I'd need big fish...lots of fish? How do people do this normally? How don't I know this...

Well, If I may suggest? Noodles and soups tend to survive better over a long day, and there is no telling how long we shall be out and about. Fish can be in the soup if you like? But served as is, I fear it will likely spoil unless everyone eats it quickly.
