Okay, there. My name is Zelgadis, and I'm interested in hearing more about alchemy. Specifically, I want to learn more about how it pertains to the creation of chimeras. Nothing I've been able to read so far has been of very much help, and I'm unable to preform alchemy myself, so I was hoping that reaching out like this might yield better results. So... hm. I didn't think this through very well... That's about all I have, I think. If you're able to use alchemy, or know someone who can, please get in touch with me.

I haven't seen any here myself. It could be possible that it's not something that this world has, which honestly wouldn't be a bad thing.

But then, why look for people who might be?

You could call it that. Where I come from, it's a creature that's been created by combining two or more separate beings. Most of the chimeras I've seen are the result of two animals being combined into one, for example.

OK, that's not too far off.
But it's the first I've heard of un-creating creatures like that. The people who made them thought the easiest way to undo their work was killing them.
What gave you the idea?

Yeah, the death approach is something that I would very much like to avoid.

A priest turned me into a chimera when I was younger. I'm trying to find a way to become human again.

I don't know anything about alchemy magic, but I feel like unmixing a person's essence would take magic even more powerful than they use day to day here.
If it turns out to need multiple magic types at once like those stronger rituals they have, or multiple people, I'd be willing to try. Please let me know anytime.
