Okay, there. My name is Zelgadis, and I'm interested in hearing more about alchemy. Specifically, I want to learn more about how it pertains to the creation of chimeras. Nothing I've been able to read so far has been of very much help, and I'm unable to preform alchemy myself, so I was hoping that reaching out like this might yield better results. So... hm. I didn't think this through very well... That's about all I have, I think. If you're able to use alchemy, or know someone who can, please get in touch with me.

...Now when you say 'unmade' like that, do you mean deconstructing the chimera back into it's base lifeforms, or do you mean dead? That sounded pretty final.

I feel if this is a path you wish to walk down, it is a question you should be prepared to answer.

Why would you be unable to deny them? You are the alchemist. You have authority over whether they live or die. Why indulge death?

[ Despite what she was asking, she also seemed to lean into the "why deny it" side. It seemed more like she was seeking... perspective. ]

I think I just realized that I might have gotten something you said mixed up. When you said 'would you deny that', did you mean would I deny the fact that some chimeras might want to die because being a chimera is horrible? Or, did you mean would I, as the creator of the chimera in this hypothetical scenario, deny a chimera a death that they desire, as in not let them die?

Maybe I'm being too cryptic, so I'll just lay it out. I'm the chimera, and I want to find a way to become human again.

Worry not, ser, as the fault no doubt lies with me. I am simply... preoccupied with these ideas. That you, as an authority over someone's life, would choose to either let it end, or preserve it. The reasons for either answer are... valuabe, I feel.

Personally, I wouldn't want to be put into a position where that would be a choice I'd have to make. I don't think anyone has the right to tamper with people's lives like that.

I'd always felt that way, but I suppose it wasn't something I'd ever actively thought about until what happened to me.
