Which is fine, it does what it needs to, which is to show a young woman seated at what is - given the background - is probably a desk in one of the hotel rooms used to house offworlders.]

There's something I've been wondering about.

Has anyone run into someone you're sure is from your world, but who you don't have any personal connection to? Either directly or through someone else?

It kind of does! Jack Frost is a Persona I'm familiar with back in my world!

[Pun ahead, that's when cute snowman appeared on the screen to wave a quick hi!]

But for the most part, they do. They just need to be the potential to summon a Persona is all. Although, let's just say that summoning one can vary greatly.

Is there a lot of variance in how you summon them? Or do they just have very different reactions?

There are different variations? I know that some other people back home summon them whenever they want to. As for myself and my teammates?

[There was a long pause on his end.]

We had to do something that would evoke a certain fight or flight response to summon them? If that makes any sense?

I think so. I've never used anything like magic before arriving here, but I know emotional state can have an effect on the people from my world who do - it sounds like you just narrow that down even further.

Oh? Then mind if I ask how does that effect the people from where you're from? Is that why you asked the question?

No, I'm just curious about the experience of people who have powers - how they work, and how similar they might be to what we can do here.

I'm probably not the best person to explain, but the elemental magic that my world has works better if they're attuned to their element, to the point that the character of our cultures have taken on aspects of our nations' elemental alignments.

So I'm assuming whatever country they're from, they just have certain magic? Like if they have water magic, they just come from a country unique to them?

Or at least, it's just only something people from that country can do.
