[It's her first attempt using this thing publicly? Sort of? She somehow manages. Though what results might be debatable in her success given most of what is seen is a mass of dogs.....a lot of dogs..so many ears and tails and tongues...enough that they are all but covering her accommodations. Those who pay attention may or may not notice the slight Colette-shaped hole indented in the wall from earlier when she tripped. It's fine, she's fine! Really! Though. She has decidedly gone from loving suddenly having so many dogs to realizing rather quickly that this is......not the ideal....
How is she supposed to give them all that love and attention and cuddles and pets and play with them all when there's so many?! How does she come up with this many names?! Colette panics, and. Well. She was told this thing, this....phone? lets her talk to everyone at once. Maybe someone else might like a dog? A pet? This was too many! As sad as that is to admit. For Colette who Adores dogs and all.]
I can't......there's too many.....?!
[.....Help....!!!]
Ah, I hope this is working? I haven't used this sort of thing before. Assuming this is working, I'm Colette! I only recently got here and all. I just -- everything I touch is turning into puppies and now there's too many dogs! And I never thought there was such a thing as too many dogs! But I can't take care of this many! Please?

When he does, she blinks at the wheelbarrow. Well, it's one way to get multiple puppies around, she supposes. If not necessarily a means of transporting them she had anticipated. But at least he has something ready.]
Ah! A wheelbarrow? I guess that works! Feel free to choose which ones you think your friend might like.
[There's a variety of breeds, apparently. So plenty to choose from.]

You really got a lot of these little guys, huh.
[Sougo picks up one nipping at the hem of his pants puts them in the wheelbarrow. A good candidate for sure. He mainly draws from the batch that greeted him. Hijikata will definitely have trouble looking after the rowdier ones. Maybe some of the yappy toy breeds will work too. A Demon Vice Commander is no match for a chihuahua.
After a little bit, he's gathered at least ten puppies. That should be enough. Then again, Sougo also...kind of feels sorry for the rest of the puppies? They won't be his problem, but he can still feel sorry for them. He can surely pile on a few more.]
If you got any more difficult ones, I can take them off your hands.

[She answers at his observation on how many there were. She took a bit initially in figuring it out, that what she touched becomes a dog. And then wanted to pet the dogs and......yeah. It escalated.....a lot. She gives a sheepish look, but seems relieved when the other goes to take some. She feels better in offering them like this, that they would go to a good home. Someone who cares about them.
Presumably.]
Difficult? Ah, no. I mean. They're puppies. They can't help it if they have an accident or bite or something....

[Well, he adds a couple more. That couldn't hurt. He gently pushes some of the squirmier puppies back into the wheelbarrow. You can't annoy your superior with puppies if the puppies aren't all intact!
Even with his wheelbarrow, Colette looks like she still has a lot of puppies remaining. It's inconvenient for her but nothing dangerous, so nothing he needs to be concerned about.]

[That and if she touches the door she is worried that might become a puppy too and lead to that being an open space for them to easily escape. Colette's trying to be careful now she has figured this out at least? Sort of. As best as she can given the circumstances anyway.]

He picks up one last puppy when he gets an idea...]
So if you touch a puppy, does it turn into another puppy?
no subject
[How else would the second puppy have come about? Of course she tried to pet it and that resulted in more. Still, she does feel responsible, at least until she figures a solution in where to take them to be cared for, or until they change back? She has no idea.]

[What could sound sympathetic from someone else has a hint of judgment from Sougo.]
Is it just hands though?
[He decides to take the puppy (surprisingly settling into his arms), walk over to Colette, and plops it right onto her head. Hey, he's curious to see what happens!]

[Colette blinks, unable to catch on quick enough when he puts the puppy on her head. But at least it.....doesn't seem to work that way. Colette's kind of relieved on that at least in knowing if she just touches them with something besides her hands? That that seems to be okay? It's been harder to figure herself on her own given her instinct is always to reach with her hands, of course. She blinks, closing her eyes briefly before hesitantly opening them as she doesn't feel any extra weight?]

Guess it doesn't happen like this. So you can pet them with your head. You're welcome.
[Look how helpful he's being! It's an amusing sight though, to see the puppy on her head like a hat. A very furry, squirmy hat. It would've been funnier if more puppies started to spawn on her head, but that's not how this new magic/curse/whatever worked, apparently.
Good luck with that, Colette, because he's taking the wheelbarrow and turning to leave. Not so helpful anymore.]
Well, I better get going. See ya.
