Good afternoon, everyone. For those of you that I haven't already met, my name is Mitsuru Kirijo.
[ Mitsuru offers a slight bow to the camera. ]
I’ll be brief: in light of recent events, I think that it’s been made clear that more extensive preparations are necessary to prevent another tragedy like the devastation of Celliwig and Lestari. I’m far from the first person to make this observation, or to suggest that more frequent practice or better coordination would benefit us during a similar situation. What I would like to propose is a sort of informal organization to help provide the structure necessary to facilitate that. A guild of sorts, if you will.
The basic premise is to provide a framework for people to train together, assist each other with improving their magic, and find individuals to undertake quests with. This would be accomplished by the group meeting three times weekly at a sanctioned training area for a communal training session, and by the establishment of a group chat to allow members to arrange additional training sessions and find questing partners. Participation would be open to anyone interested, with the understanding that they are required to participate in at least one of these weekly training sessions.
I believe the potential benefits are fairly straightforward. Individuals looking to improve their magical abilities would have a structured environment in which to do so, and access to training partners that might offer useful insight or friendly competition to help spur further growth. Training and questing together will help familiarize us with each other’s capabilities and fighting styles, allowing us to coordinate more smoothly in the … inevitability of another crisis like the one we’ve just faced.
With the explanation out of the way, I suppose what’s left is an interest check of sorts. I’d like to know who would be interested in joining such a group, and any questions or suggestions that you all might have as to how it should be organized.
In any case, I thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

[He's already thinking of what he can do to organize the information. A computer would be useful but he's fine with notebooks.]
It will be a lot of work but I think if you can get this set up it'll be something amazing. I don't want to see something like what happened to Celliwig and Lestari to happen again if we can help it.

[ She sighs. ]
Let me know if there's anything that I can do to help refine this information gathering process.

I will. I... I suppose I can start with you, Kirijo-san? I can use a small sample to at least get started in organizing what I have? What are your magic types? And your weapon classification is... a rapier. Is that right?

[ She nods. ]
My magic types are elemental and kinetic, the elemental being the stronger of the two. Admittedly, though, it is still weaker in some regards than the abilities I possessed in my native world.

[Izuku nods sagely once again. He's already taking some notes. He's always enjoyed being a note-taker. And collecting data.]
And what sort of specialties can you perform with your magic so far? I know elemental can have a wide range...

It might give you an edge because you do have that experience from your own world. Some of my classmates have noticed the same things...
I think that might be good for a start. Once we have a roster I'll do my best to collect everyone's data.

And thank you, Midoriya-kun. I'll be counting on your assistance, but please, don't hesitate to ask if there's anything that I can do to help you gather or collate data.

[The girl tossed him up with is like he was weightless!]
I will, Kirijo-san! Thanks again for doing all of this. It's a great idea!

[He's looking forward to this. A real adventurer's guild. Or close to it!]
