Good afternoon, everyone. For those of you that I haven't already met, my name is Mitsuru Kirijo.

[ Mitsuru offers a slight bow to the camera. ]

I’ll be brief: in light of recent events, I think that it’s been made clear that more extensive preparations are necessary to prevent another tragedy like the devastation of Celliwig and Lestari. I’m far from the first person to make this observation, or to suggest that more frequent practice or better coordination would benefit us during a similar situation. What I would like to propose is a sort of informal organization to help provide the structure necessary to facilitate that. A guild of sorts, if you will.

The basic premise is to provide a framework for people to train together, assist each other with improving their magic, and find individuals to undertake quests with. This would be accomplished by the group meeting three times weekly at a sanctioned training area for a communal training session, and by the establishment of a group chat to allow members to arrange additional training sessions and find questing partners. Participation would be open to anyone interested, with the understanding that they are required to participate in at least one of these weekly training sessions.

I believe the potential benefits are fairly straightforward. Individuals looking to improve their magical abilities would have a structured environment in which to do so, and access to training partners that might offer useful insight or friendly competition to help spur further growth. Training and questing together will help familiarize us with each other’s capabilities and fighting styles, allowing us to coordinate more smoothly in the … inevitability of another crisis like the one we’ve just faced.

With the explanation out of the way, I suppose what’s left is an interest check of sorts. I’d like to know who would be interested in joining such a group, and any questions or suggestions that you all might have as to how it should be organized.

In any case, I thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Oh, this is a wonderful idea, Mitsuru-chan!! I'd he happy to join and help as much as I can! Ehehe, you know perfectly well I definitely need to improve on my magical abilities...

Another thing I'd like to suggest, if it's possible... I think it'd be a good idea to propose a charity fundraiser to help the people of Lestari and Celliwig get on their feet a little better while in Camelot. Or even just helping them get fresh foods with people who have green magic.

[Ochako sighs a bit, shaking her head.] I know a lot of people are suffering for what happened - mostly the refugees - but we can try to make everyone's lives a little easier until they can have home for themselves again. It's the least we can do now for failing them before...

[Truly, this is a matter of high import for Ochako. As a Hero, she failed the people of Celliwig and Lestari when the calamities happened. At the very least, refugees were evacuated and all life was not lost, but a failure is still a failure. Tensions are now high between Camelot and its neighbors, where space is limited and stock is growing thin...especially with the coming winter months, tempers are bound to rise.

She's already dealt with a few people who decided vigilantism was a preferred option. So she's well on board to set things right.]

Mm, I really think it'd be something worth looking into - especially during the coming months, you know? People come together during this time of year. I think now more than ever we should really encourage that.

Ah, I wish I was smart enough to come up with a decent idea to put into actual practice, but I don't even have green magic to begin with, or know anyone that I can think of right now that has it.

[Maybe one? But Ochako really doesn't know for sure if the person she's thinking of has green magic. And even if they did, getting a large enough place for--oh!]

Actually, I do think something like a community garden would be a wonderful idea!! We'd have to figure out where to place it, but people like me with elemental magic could move and liven up the earth and soil, and then those with green magic could grow things and replenish it when nothing's left!
