Good afternoon, everyone. For those of you that I haven't already met, my name is Mitsuru Kirijo.

[ Mitsuru offers a slight bow to the camera. ]

I’ll be brief: in light of recent events, I think that it’s been made clear that more extensive preparations are necessary to prevent another tragedy like the devastation of Celliwig and Lestari. I’m far from the first person to make this observation, or to suggest that more frequent practice or better coordination would benefit us during a similar situation. What I would like to propose is a sort of informal organization to help provide the structure necessary to facilitate that. A guild of sorts, if you will.

The basic premise is to provide a framework for people to train together, assist each other with improving their magic, and find individuals to undertake quests with. This would be accomplished by the group meeting three times weekly at a sanctioned training area for a communal training session, and by the establishment of a group chat to allow members to arrange additional training sessions and find questing partners. Participation would be open to anyone interested, with the understanding that they are required to participate in at least one of these weekly training sessions.

I believe the potential benefits are fairly straightforward. Individuals looking to improve their magical abilities would have a structured environment in which to do so, and access to training partners that might offer useful insight or friendly competition to help spur further growth. Training and questing together will help familiarize us with each other’s capabilities and fighting styles, allowing us to coordinate more smoothly in the … inevitability of another crisis like the one we’ve just faced.

With the explanation out of the way, I suppose what’s left is an interest check of sorts. I’d like to know who would be interested in joining such a group, and any questions or suggestions that you all might have as to how it should be organized.

I think doing something like this... having these gatherings will also help more people feel involved. There are so many that can't heal or fight, and there's a lot that can be done, even if it's just training or quests like you said.

It will help.

What all do you have left to do? Find a place for these meetings? Do you need more communication about this, like flyers?

I certainly hope it will.

I had been planning on reaching out later tonight to secure a training area for our use, but I'd certainly appreciate help reaching more people.

I'd reach out on your behalf, but I'm not well-liked and usually not well-received. Find someone with more charisma.

[Gokudera is kind of a stick-in-the-mud.]

Quite the brutally honest self-assessment.

Regardless, I do have some friends that I had intended to reach out to on that particular matter.

[He’s been to three different worlds aside from his home. The name order is never the same.]

I'm only sixteen or so.

[Not trying to say he's a kid, but that he's not worth that level of respect. Maybe he is? If his self-image weren't so poor, maybe he'd just accept it.]

I am, and I apologize if that causes you any sort of discomfort. I come from a prominent business family and, as a result, a certainly level formality is reflexive.

It doesn't and you don't need to apologize.

Is such behavior something you expect, Gokudera-san?

[ He's given her no reason to regard him with any sort of disdain or hostility, but everything he's said about himself has had a decidedly negative cast to it. ]

[He doesn’t think well of himself. The boy needs to learn some self-love.

Gokudera feels like he’s being called out.]

It’s what I’m accustomed to.

[ That's the impression that she's getting ... ]

I see.

For whatever it's worth, Gokudera-san, I treat my allies with courtesy and respect.
