Two questions.

1. Does anyone have any ideas about how to turn a mechanical object into one which runs on magic?

2. Would people be interested in a social media channel of videos explaining science and doing experiments to determine the differences between Earth and Avalon? Like gravity, acceleration, states of matter - things like that.

The androids are a bit advanced, so it might be a while before we get to those, but I'd be happy to talk about the theory of androids and the realities of how prosthetics are becoming closer to cyborg parts.

What sort of fighting were you hoping to learn?

Mostly to improve my skills to the point where no one can beat me.

[He's self-aware enough to take some amusement from that desire.]

...Also, I wanted to learn about androids because I know one, here. And I met someone else who knows about those parts, too. I'd like to catch up and understand what they know, if that's possible.

Sure! What sorts of fighting do you specialize in? Particular weapons or scenarios?

One sword and some magical support against... well, pretty much everything.

[Monsters, gods, armies, invincible swordsmen...]

But I'm still not good with the full range of my magic here, and I'm sure I'm missing some things because I just haven't thought of them. Yeah, I'd like to meet.

That sounds like a great base to start from. I haven't had any official training in sword work, but I do have hand-to-hand knowledge, dodging techniques, and small arms training. Do you have a code that you adhere to, or would you like to learn some dirty fighting as well?

Honestly, I'm not used to opponents who dirty fighting would even work on.

[Monsters, not really. Goddesses? General Gaius? Really not likely at all.]

But I should diversify. If I have a code, it's mainly "do some good", and most of the time that seems to involve going all-out till the problem is solved.
