[The video doesn't show Azul at all for a minute or two, instead clearly being a pre-recorded tour of a very nice looking restaurant with some royalty free music (Azul absolutely paid someone to film this nonsense).

Eventually the pre-recorded stuff stops and we cut to Azul at a desk in what is likely the office of the restaurant. He's smiling, quite proud.]

You'll have to forgive the amateur intro video, that's never been my forte. Hopefully that won't turn anyone away from coming to visit my establishment once we officially open at the end of this month or early next month. Golden Silence is a fine dining establishment with a focus on atmosphere, live music, and excellent cooking. There is a business casual dress code, though this can change depending on events we're hosting.

[Right. Time to talk about that.]

Such as our first one, to be held the weekend we open! We're all outsiders here and I know it's not always easy making connections in a new world, so to help with that we will be hosting...a speed dating event.

Romance-obsessed, please!

I'm not the only one who'd think that way, you know! And do you know how embarrassing it'd be for the one person who didn't show up for actual romance to turn up between a huge group of people looking for love? You're going to end up making someone feel bad!

Please stop assuming I don't know what I'm doing. There will be a form, and that form will have options to mark if you're interested in one, the other, or both. This is hardly the first speed dating event I've held.

I'm saying that you're missing the spirit! [ Sure, that sounds like a logistically sound plan, but.. ] Why even organize something like this when you're going to act like this about it? Speed dating is supposed to be something that's done with passion!

Not by filling out forms, or by having someone organise it who seemingly doesn't even care about romance in the slightest.

[God, she is romance obsessed. Good to know!]

It's really not. Besides, what about sitting in front of a random stranger and talking for three minutes is in anyway romantic?

That's why speed dating is perfect! After all, there are so many people in the world.. you need to meet a whole lot of people if you want to find the one person who will give you that special feeling. [ And what better way to meet a lot of people real quick than speed dating? ]

And hope that one person is a decent one?

Well, that's part of the feeling, right? Who'd fall in love at first sight with someone who's actually a scumbag?

Those people just didn't have real love at first sight! It's different!

No relationship that forms purely based on a first-glance gut feeling is going to last very long outside of faerie tales.

How do you know that, huh? How many people have you dated in your life?

That has nothing to do with it and even if it did, I'm eighteen. I'm not stupid enough to think any relationship at this age is bound to last.

Of course it has to do with it! How can you make broad claims like that when you don't have any experience with it?

[ Granted, Minako seems.. like she's even a little bit younger than he is, so there's the question of how much experience she could possibly have.

But it's kind of what happens when you're a millenium old soul in a teenage body, okay. ]

And maybe that will work out for her! But it doesn't for a majority of people, at least not without illegal magic.
