[When the camera turns on, Raihan's already facing it with a ready smile. He gives a tilt of his head and a two-fingered wave, and something red passes behind him, too quick to parse what it is.]

Hey there! I'm Raihan, a brand new arrival to this place! I'd be right chuffed to meet all of you [He says this with a wink-], but I've only got two questions at the moment.

First off, anyone here know what Pokemon are? [Because so far, he hasn't met anyone who does, and it's outright maddening to witness a world that doesn't know what they are, let alone not adapted to a life of living alongside them.] If not, I'll gladly show them to you, though that brings me to my next question.

[The red thing passes again, and if one has good eyes, they might find that the face on the back looks a bit concerned before it disappears from view once more.]

Is there a beach nearby? Or at least a big pile of sand and a good-sized tub of water. Even better if the climate is fairly chilly.

[He's jolted by something, as if his hip got shoved, and that easy-going smile of his turns just a bit more strained.]

[Option 2]
[Later, when all that is settled, Raihan addresses everyone once more. It's that time of evening where a golden glow shines on everything, including Raihan himself. Seems he chose this time specifically for the lighting, as all the golds and pinks just enhance everything.]

Hullo again, everyone! The Great Raihan has another question for you lot!

[As he poses with his hand thoughtfully on his chin, a couple of eyestalks stick up in view just to the side of his jaw.]

I've seen plenty of ways to get money around here, so my question is a bit more specific. How does one go about bringing something here from home, assuming it's possible? I'm missing quite a bit of my team is all, and if the ones I have now were brought to the shite box, then I reckon the rest ought to be as well.

I see, I was going to suggest using the fridge as a way to cool them down. Although, I'm not sure if they fit in there.

And to be honest, I'm not too sure. I suppose the fastest way is to get a horse to go there? However, I don't know if your Pokemon would be willing to wait that long!

A what? Wait, those things that pulled the carriage here, you mean?

[But before he can go too into that, another shove happens at his hips. Oof.]

I know, I know, hold your Mudsdales, guys! [He directs down at his pockets, and then looks back up at the camera.] They're really not. These are abilities they've had their whole lives, it must be like - No, never mind, no time. Think I can find another one of those carriages? Or horses?

Yes, those things. You never heard of a horse before?

[As Ken raised an eyebrow or two, he didn't know what else to say. Scratching the side of his face, he looked back at his familiar and then back at the screen.]

To be honest, I'm not sure? But if you really are desperate, I know I had my familiar use an ice pack to cool him down until he managed to find a cooler place?

[If Raihan heard carefully in the background, he may or may not hear a certain snowman laughing.]

[That laughter earns a raised brow as well, though it's hidden behind his headband.]

Maybe if I surround his ball with something like that... [Of course he has like, no money, but that's still an idea!]

I hate to ask, but got any spare ice packs there?

[whatsamada]

Of course, I always have to carry a bunch with me for my familiar!

[With that, Jack Frost started to give out a big tongue at his partner before letting out a whine.]

Uh...just tell me where you are and I'll give you some?

[Well. That tongue sure reminds him of a certain ghost Pokemon.

But right, right. No time to dwell on that.]

I'm at the hotel right now, but I'll be heading to the beach soon. Don't want my guys to cause a ruckus, you know?

[Because they can and will tear the place apart, and no one wants that.]

If you're not nearby, think you could meet me there?

Yeah, I'm by the Inn! Hold on, I think I can get there soon!

[With that, there was some movement in the background as a certain snowman made a 'Heigh Oh!' sound. It certainly looks like someone was surprised and pushed the side somewhere!]

How many ice packs do you want? I got a couple?

Two should be good, depending on how big they are. It ought to be enough to cover up the ball entirely.

[There's some movement on his end, too, as he heads from his room down to the lobby, then outside. Might as well meet up with him so they can get this done as quick as possible.]
