Okay, looks like not everyone knows about this, so I'm gunna try to get right to the point.

Apparently, someone put out some magic that's given some of you humans animals ears and tails and what not. Personally I think you guys look better that way. But now another dude thinks that A) an animal mage did it, which makes no sense, 'cause last I checked, animal changes can only do that stuff to themselves, and B) thinks the best solution to reverse what's going on by murdering all the animal mages.

Yeah. Solid logic there.

I'm trying to give a head's up here because not only have animal mages been attacked, but so does anyone who already looked like an animal, including yours truly. I've personally seen some of these money-hungry monsters go after kids, so, just to be clear, it's bad out there right now. So if you're an animal mage, or you've always had non-human traits, please be safe! Don't go out alone if you can, stay in groups!

I'm sure we can get this nonsense wrapped up as soon as possible, but until then, let's make sure no one messes with our mages!

Just seems dumb to target animal mages over it. My wings were caused by alchemy back home. I know some locals think I got animal magic when I don't because I'm just weird to them and people with wings that aren't animal mages are damn rare here.

And what's wrong with wings? Wings are cool. You are automatically cooler for having wings.

Don't mind them one bit. Being able to fly is awesome, but it is a fact that some locals think I'm a freak and that what I can do looks like animal magic. Doubt the black feathers help that view much.

Yeah, it's easy with kinetic magic. The wings alone ain't enough in this place as stupid as that sounds.

It's what this place does to non-humans. It's seriously dumb to let a guy keep his wings but not his flight ability. Would have really sucked if I got different magic types and was grounded.
