Food is always the best after a long day of work.

And people turn into zombies. [Well, duh. That's how zombies originate. Somehow, this doesn't surprise her so much.] So if you luck out, you get a burning sensational fire power.

Yeah. As where I'm from, each region is ruled by a different God, or what we call The Seven. [Eh... Spoilers and stuff.] Anyone blessed with a Vision are said to be recognized by God, so its not for everyone. Everyone's Vision is different. You can wake up one day with the element of pyro, cryo, hydro, electro, geo, or anemo.

Oh, so you guys just get your powers randomly, too, then. We don't know when our powers will manifest either.

[It's interesting how different worlds can be both different and similar. He knows there are worlds where people are born with powers and there are ones where no one ever gets powers so he likes that there's a place that similar to where he's from, only with more variety in the type of powers.]

Nah, none of that. I actually used it not too long ago, just before I came here, and I still have all my hair.

I actually don't understand exactly how it works but it's like [and he hates to say this] I draw power from my world's god. Since I can already go fast, I guess it justs boosts that.

[He can also do more when he has Grace from Adolla but he doesn't understand how it works either. He just does it.]

Yeah, I can go pretty far with it! Too bad I can't use it all the time though, only when I have a connection to the god I mentioned. So no super fast travel to a vacation spot.

Is there a certain requirement to connect to your god to work? Maybe a Vision?

It's called Grace and either she gives it to me or I link with someone who already has it. Not sure how the linking works exactly even though that's how I get Grace.

[Pretty sure she doesn't like him enough to give him Grace directly, not that he wants it anyway after everything she's done and still wants to do. A direct connection to her would feel gross.]

Hmmmmm for the Vision you're referring to, do you like get a vision of your Gods in your head?

No, not that vision. A Vision is a crystal orb with an elemental symbol inside it. The Gods give these Visions to those who are deem worthy kind of thing. Think if of it like, wearing an important button!

Having a magical item that gives you powers sounds cool though. And if you wear it, I guess it's easy to see who has powers.

[That's Archons for you. Paimon would go more into it, but that meant name dropping some of them, which she sorta promised not to. Hmm, then again, which one gave Vision the name? Only Celestia knows.]

Exactly! It helps keeps the thugs and Treasure Hoarders off your back if they try to do anything sneaky. And some of them look really pretty.
