Good afternoon everyone!

For those I've spoken to a while back, and those interested, I've about finished the first batch of ale that I had been working on; a blonde ale. It's a bit strong, so I wouldn't recommend drinking too much of it in one sitting. It's got a bit of a fruity taste with a strong, bitter finish and is quite smooth and refreshing. So for those of you that are not all that big into ales or alcohol in general, but would still like to try some, I'm looking for volunteer taste testers. Feel free to bring along friends and family... of legal drinking age of course.

I don't have much currently but magic has sped the process along exponentially so I shouldn't have too many problems making another batch, should everyone decide that it's fine.

[She's still on the fence about speeding up the whole brewing process. But, well, business is business and all that.]

Oh! And before I forget I'm currently in the process of opening up a beer café as well! I should have it all setup by either the middle or end of this month. The shop will be the same place that I'm currently holding the taste test for the alcohol. I'll have some waffle samples ready to commemorate it, so please be sure to visit on opening day.

Mm, it's like a regular cafe, but just with beer and focusing on Belgian cuisine.

Mosselen-friet, lattes, Gegratineerde witloof, Carbonnades Flamandes, Speculaas, tarts, and breads to name a few.

Normally I wouldn't partake in such heavy drink... but, as of late, I find myself making a lot of exceptions.

It's not a problem, this was something I've been planning on doing for some time. I've only just recently managed to make enough to get things started.

I can't offer any suggestions since I can't have alcohol but I wouldn't mind helping you out with waffle samples!

Oh the waffles will be the best part! They'll come in various different flavors like cinnamon and vanilla and are super warm and crisp and oh you'll love them.

Really? I have heard that Belgian waffles were really good but I never had them before!

Are there ones that are covered with chocolate chips too?
