Hey! Hi everyone. My name's Drake Mallard. I'm kinda new here? I just got here the other month. So I thought that I'd, y'know, reach out and talk to people. All of this... magic and humans, it sure is a lot to get used to! [He says with a laugh.] But I'm managing. It helps that there's familiar faces around. I've even heard that Darkwing Duck himself is here! So with him around, at least I don't expect crime to be a problem. I just wonder if someone could find definite proof that he's here... [He makes weighing motions with his hands while going on casually.] ...like maybe take pictures, share them on social media, let people know how cool he is? That's how I'll know for sure that we're dealing with the real deal!

[He clears his throat.]

That aside! I do have a few other questions. First of all, I understand that one of the types of magic that I now possess is siphon magic. Just... drains magic right out of magical objects! I haven't really had a chance to really try it yet. Is there... somewhere I can just obtain some items I can use for it? Any Amulets 'R Us? [He chuckles.] Also, what kinds of fiction are popular here? Like in terms of action-fantasy stuff, comic books, that kinda thing! They don't make Darkwing Duck shows or comics in this world, yet, so I'm thinking of finding some kind of series to follow! [And nerd out about.]

One would argue that Darkwing Duck's speeches are powerful enough to transcend the barrier of language! I know a number of instances in the tv show that can back me up on this. [He nods sagely.]

I'm afraid that I beg to differ! You can't paint a target if there's smoke. That's the whole point of smoke! It confuses the senses, leaving the enemy vulnerable to an attack from an avian avenger!

One would argue that Darkwing Duck's speeches are going to get him killed by something far more dangerous than he is.

Also, if he's standing in the middle of the smoke, it would be fairly simple to guess his approximate location and destroy the entire area with a spell. Now, as a means of escape, a smoke bomb would certainly work.

I reeeeaaally don't think you're giving Darkwing enough credit here. And especially the smoke bombs! They confound the senses. Sure, they can be handy for escapes, but they are even more vital for his introductions! It's an essential part of his character.

Now I can try to pass all of this along to him, if I happen to meet him by chance, but I feel like I cam guess what how he'd respond. He'll say something like, "Everyone's a critic."
