I’ve been asleep for a few weeks. While I was asleep, I went back home, and then to two different worlds, and now I’m back. I’ve been away from this place for two... no maybe three years. Time is acting strange, or maybe my familiar, Larry thought that I’d benefit more here with more experience under my belt.

[He glares gently at a semi-transparent reptile sleeping on the window sill.]

Has anyone else left this world for-

[Gokudera winces and puts a hand to the half choke collar around his neck. The skin beneath it is obviously damaged and irritated.] -such a long span of time, only to come back here and find that it was like... you never left at all? I’ve been to Anchor and Amoi, if anyone else has... let me know.

Also, in one of those worlds, I had this put on me. [He keeps his hand on the collar.]

I think it’s malfunctioning. The only person who can deactivate and remove it safely is... not here yet. So in the meantime, I need it repaired or at least looked at by someone with advanced technological experience.

[Gokudera moves to turn off the feed, and his left hand is lightly scarred, but more important in the visual is the engagement ring on his ring finger.]

You shouldn't use such words to describe yourself, Gokudera-kun... As if you were some dirty thing... So what if you want to have a lot of sex? I mean, that's not my personal preference, even after living in Lunatia for over a year, but I'm not going to judge if other people prefer that sort of thing, and I doubt Lucy would make a big deal out of it.

But given what you've told me, I can't imagine that's easy to deal with, since the Yamamoto here doesn't have memories of the other worlds.

[Nyuu just allows him to keep going without interrupting, speaking only once he's finished.]

Of course I won't! I won't tell anyone, not even Lucy if that's what you want. Unless you'd rather not repeat what you just told me to her.

[From what she's gathered from both Lucy's writing and Gokudera's words, it doesn't seem like they hate each other, so Lucy has no reason to use all this info against him.]

However, I won't allow you to call yourself disgusting around me, Gokudera-kun. [She actually speaks in a stern voice.] Not that I expect you to stop overnight, but I will call you out whenever you do it in the future. Putting yourself down is not going to help your recovery.

[And just like that, her serious expression disintegrates as she blushes slightly from what she's about to ask next.]

As for your other, um, problem... I'm not sure what to suggest if you're not going to Yamamoto.

[Besides him taking care of it on his own, or asking another guy he's comfortable with to help out, but Nyuu can't bring herself to suggest those things aloud.]

The only other things I've heard that can help are cold showers, or doing things that tire you out so that you're too exhausted to work up a libido.

[This is so embarrassing to discuss! It doesn't matter that she lived in Lunatia for over a year. In fact, discussing it outside of Lunatia only makes it even more embarrassing since it's not like sex is as in-your-face here as it was there. She heaves a big sigh.]

Okay... Just so we're clear, what I'm about to suggest next has nothing to do with sex but with your overall mental health, so please don't get the wrong idea. Maybe a service dog could help you in that area? I've been reading about them lately out of curiosity, and they aren't just for people with physical disabilities, but mental and emotional ones as well.

[Because for some reason, he trusts Lucy. No idea why, but it may have been the slight abrasion in their initial interaction. It made things fun and reminded him of how many of his best relationships have gone.]

I'm not! It's just how I feel based off of what I've done and what's happened to me... I know I'm not disgusting, but... I've been through a lot that made me feel that way.

[He blushes vivid at her addressing a problem he honestly didn't expect her to. Gokudera even brings a hand up to hide his face some as he lets out a gentle little groan while listening to her.]

I can take care of it myself. I... you don't need to even think about it... Sorry for mentioning it. [He can do any number of things that might help. Moving out will only help.]

An animal as support better not have anything to do with sex. [He says, looking serious even though he's partially teasing. OF COURSE he shouldn't get an animal to help him... ew.]

Ah back home I had an animal made out of my own energy. It was part of a weapon system. I wonder if I could do something to get it back... [He looks a bit lonely now. Uri was there for him when he became an ex-pet. During the hardest times, his box weapon was a comfort to him.]

[If his goal of teasing Nyuu was to fluster her, it works.]

[Thankfully, she's quickly mollified upon hearing that Gokudera had an animal companion before.]

Oh? What kind of animal was it?

[But as soon as those words leave her lips, she furrows her brows and gets that inquisitive look again.]

Calm down, Nyuu. I'm just making light of a bad situation. [He hadn't meant to tease or fluster her. It's just unlucky for her timing in the conversation that the humor comes at her expense. He knows she didn't mean it to sound that way.]

A leopard. Mnnn I had powers back home, my own energy that could look like flames and I used it to make a weapon system and Uri. I had help, though, and I don't know too much about it to explain in great detail. [Also he really shouldn't explain in great detail. Just... suffice to say he is unarmed and without his leopard.]
