I have a question for everyone: Who do we complain to about these new powers we received? My brother got the ability to communicate with computers, something that I'd love to be able to do! But do you know what I got instead?

[ The video moves from showing Pidge's scowling face to showing a small ficus standing in front of a window with her familiar resting in it's leaves. ]

This bush apparently doesn't like being near windows, [ The camera swings back around to show Pidge's face again ] don't even get me started on plants apparently having preferences [ before swinging back around to the plant ], and I can make it do this.

[ The leaves on the ficus all shake at once before the plant slightly sways to one side and then the other.

The camera then returns to showing Pidge.]

Controlling plants might be the most useless ability ever for me! I have allergies!

[ She took a deep breath, held it for a few seconds, and then let it out all at once ]

I'll respond to any replies I get to this after I move the bush into a darker spot.

Yeah, plants are a lot like people that way, needing different things. I have Green magic too and I garden at home, if you need pointers. And if you've met Aerith, she's a great gardener too!

[ It takes a moment for Pidge to remember what Keith's talking about, she doesn't often have to work with Green's whole Guardian of the Forest thing after all, but when it does click she turns a betrayed look at her phone. ]

[ The scowl quickly comes back though, because she heard that snort Keith! ]

Erm... I hate to disappoint you, Pidge... but I'm not certain there's anyone you can complain to, save maybe your own familiar. After all, my understanding is that all your magic is generated from its bond to you.

That's really morbid. I both love it and want you to never repeat it out of fear that the tree will hear you and use it against me in some way.

[ There's a pause while she contemplates that and the potential consequences of hearing or feeling plants die. ]

Having green magic could also help acclimate you to plants so that your allergies are less severe? [ Since someone already mentioned using the magic to make them less allergic to plants. ] Kind of like how taking a spoonful of local honey is supposed to help with allergies.

...although studies about that are mixed at best.

My mom tried the honey trick when I was younger and I can honestly say it doesn't work for me, but I suppose since almost everyone has said I should use this to help the allergies I have to at least give it a try. If it doesn't work though I'm posting another video and complaining about that too. [ Just fair warning. ]
