Seventh: What is a meme? A miserable little pile of secrets (Accidental Text; un: Caster)

[Caster's lack of technological ability was hardly a secret in Avalon. After all, whilst these things proved themselves useful for communication here, what need did a Magus from the Age of Gods have to learn more than she needed to about these silly devices?

A coworker at the library had mentioned that it was possible to search the devices for information, though, so Caster decided to try and finally get an understanding of what this... 'meme' concept was that she and Stella had spoken about a couple of months back. All the context she had was a photo of an eel she got sent after all!

But unfortunately... No one had told her how to access the search, so she instead ended up accidentally spamming the network. Oops.]

[Someone stop her before she throws it at a wall.

Or troll her/make fun of her/send her actual memes and confuse her.]

I'm so curious. Sorry, I may as well just admit that. I'm not asking to see it or anything, because I value my life, but you've got an accidental way with words that just makes it more fascinating, not less.

[It was probably a joke with a grain of truth in it, he thinks, which he can appreciate, and he does smile at his phone upon reading it.]

You know the phrase "it takes one to know one"? Maybe it's because I invite that sort of thing myself. Being teased, I mean.

I made a promise to try not to die anytime soon, so I'll never ask about whatever adorable thing you did again.

[That too is a joke with a grain of truth in it.]

[She knows emoji! She's leveling up!]

It'd be more accurate to say I'm not sure I've ever known anyone who didn't enjoy teasing me.

I feel like even admitting to this is opening me up to a world of pain.
