[Aerith is bright and cheerful, which seems to be the norm for her. She offers a wave, wearing a smile, her drake coiled around her ponytail and the pretty hair piece tucked into it.]

Not long after I arrived, I had this thought to open a flower shop. I haven't yet, but I have some flowers that are kind of taking over my apartment. I got these a bit ago, so some of them are younger than others, but they're all pretty hardy.

[Her camera pans over to a counter that's housing no shortage of pots with lily of the valley, larkspur, and primrose plants in a variety of colours.

Afterwards, she leans onto her counter and dips her head as she eyes her device, coming back into view.]

So I guess what I'm saying is that if you like flowers or you want something to spruce your home up, I'm happy to give you some of mine. If you don't know how to take care of them, I can help walk you through that, too. Or if you just want to come take a look at them, that'd be okay, too.

[After a pause, she continues.] Also, if you didn't know, larkspurs— [She points to the ones that stand tall with the colourful petals.] —are a favourite with King Arthur. Just in case you feel like getting on his good side.

[Good thing she can pick out voices because otherwise, she might have some explaining to do. But to be fair, Emet... has a very distinct sound. She can't think of a single other person in Camelot who sounds like him.]

You like bouquets, hm...? I can make one for you. Were there flowers in particular that you might like? I have more than the ones I've shown. I just thought it'd be overwhelming if I showed all of my plants.

[ Dry, faintly amused, holier-than-thou tone of voice? Yep, that's him. ]

Surely one ought to trust the florist in this matter. Does your world have a flower language? If not, I will pick some and let you arrange them how you see fit.

It does! [She's delighted that he's familiar with the language of flowers. It's probably different in his world than it is in hers and that's a conversation she's had with others, too.]

You should tell me what kind of message you want conveyed in your bouquet. Unless you're just wanting me to convey something about you. Maybe what I think of you?

No. I would like them to convey a message of depth, warmth, and affection. They are for a friend.

[ A very close friend, presumably. ]

This is becoming somewhat common, I'm finding.

So then. What is it that you want to say to this friend of yours? Is this appreciation or a romantic kind of love? That will help me determine what kind of bouquet to make for you to give them.

There's a muffled sound like someone clearing their throat, silence, and then-- ]

Ah... Romantic love. I suppose.

[She smiles brightly and says nothing of it, because love, regardless of its type, really doesn't require her judgement. In a place like this, people deserve happiness when it finds them.]

Romantic love. [She parrots him thoughtfully.] I have some ideas already. Fortunately, there are a lot of flowers that embody that symbolism. It's probably one of the most popular messages to send when you're getting flowers for someone. I wonder—are there any colours you or this mysterious person of yours likes? I'd like to incorporate some, if I could.

[Time to go all out for this. If Emet's going to be giving flowers out, she's going to make sure they're very impressive.]

[Aerith takes the time to write all of this down. She's overflowing with ideas already.]

If you give me some time, I'll put together a bouquet for you and I'll contact you when it's done. Does that sound good?
