The currency here is different from what we use in Remnant, so I'm still adapting, but I don't think there's much difference. You use it for everything.

Since you keep your money in an account, you can transfer funds from one account to the other electronically. It's not exactly sending actual paper money through a phone.

Should be offended at the thought of physical currency essentially becoming obsolete with this new technologically advanced era? Is this what may become of his land in further centuries to come? Who can ever tell. Maybe he'll see it in his own distant future.

What sort of world do you come from, if I may ask?

[ Perhaps it's because the kingdom she's from is so technologically advanced that it's difficult to imagine other sorts of way people live. ]

It is known as Teyvat. There are many regions, though I am most keenly familiar with the region of Liyue. That is where I have resided for the entirety of my existence. There are certain common features to this world and that which I know from Teyvat, though more specifically in terms of geography and structure. The people do not live separated from nature, I have noticed of this city, and this is true for the populace of Liyue as well.

What's the technology like, in Teyvat?

I would say it is far minimal than what I have found here in this world. The usage of electricity is still new, though hardly sparse. Liyue is beautiful at night due to the abundance of lanterns used, which assists traveling ships in finding our harbor. Perhaps it is different in more distant nations? I cannot say.
