[ If he goes into any castle grounds or if he's nearby on Arthur's outings, there's sure to be guards watching him after such a statement anyway, even if Arthur isn't going to arrest anyone for crimes they haven't committed yet. Back in his day, you certainly could be imprisoned for speaking ill of your king, but he's both reasonable and aware things aren't the same as they were back then. ]
