[ MOD NOTE: Arthur will reply to questions as best as he can with a couple responses per person. He has a lot to continue catching up on and learning himself so he can't continue conversations with everyone at leisure, but he wants to let everyone get to know him. For the time being, the agenda leans more toward keeping it frozen. Time magic itself is one of the most complicated disciplines and we don't currently have a means for mobile individuals to travel unfrozen through a time-frozen landscape. Our next agenda is as much a brainstorming session as it will be report sharing of what has been tried.

[ Unfortunately, much of bureaucracy is just information sessions, so the agenda is largely making sure everyone is on the same page and taking steps to send that information to those who aren't there. It's a giant game of telephone with the fate of the world and Arthur very much wishes it were something they could progress with diplomacy or battle. But for now, it's hard to say. ]
