What are your thoughts on people who are also King Arthur appearing to this world?

It is a strange notion, but no stranger than there being an infinite number of universes. I look forward to meeting them.

I assume because time is frozen, birthdays really aren't an issue here?

There seems to be something keeping the sun and moon rising despite the passage of time having frozen. The choice to celebrate birthdays may be more of a personal choice. If I were you, I wouldn't incur the wrath of someone expecting something unless you've the intention of buying a floral apology later.
