In response to a recent post pertaining to calling mayonnaise "sucky street food".

I urge you to come visit the fine establishment known as the "Trappist Café". And then reach a conclusion on the matter. That is all, long may King Mayo reign.

It's only natural to recognize the greatest sauce in all of existence. Anyone who says otherwise is simply lying to themselves. You must be quite the mayonnaise devotee!

mayonnaise is serious business, anon. this is no kidding matter when the King of Sauce's name is being slandered.
[SHE'S SO DANG AMUSED BY THIS MATTER! It falls perfectly into her sense of humor.]

[Ah, no, hang on.

of course it is! but i suppose no one can blame you. its not something many think of regularly. yet it is still an incredibly important issue of grave importance. far too many tongues have suffered as a result of subpar sauce.

[it's harder to convey his amusement through the word then it would be if he were speaking it aloud]
But then also I understand well that taste is important, and that people can be quite particular when it comes to their food. I wonder if there are other sauces with similar followings...?

Exactly, mayo is one of the most versatile, and varied sauces out there! To sully its name is a crime!

[Making big moves based on an anonymous online post, isn't he... but this is a man whose knight emblem is a triple tomoe of Japanese mayonnaise bottle caps swirling in a circle and whole shield is shaped like the matching mayonnaise bottle.]

[there is a slight pause, then a sheepish addition]
Forgive me. You meant hot in terms of spice, not temperature.
