Hello!

I know that a lot of us showed up recently and everything and I was curious what type of magic or what-not that everyone has? We didn't have magic where I'm from, there were Hamon practitioners but that's... it's a pretty specialized thing and I can say I only knew five people who were able to use it. And there were... other things, but it doesn't matter since they're gone and not coming back anyway!

Oh! Evidently mine is healing??? Or that's what my new friend seems to indicate! It's nice to have a companion immediately, isn't it? Especially if they're pretty special themselves! Or I think so.

I was wondering if anyone was interested in seeing if some place around here would let us use their kitchen for cooking practice? I'd love to learn about different cuisines here as I'm only really familiar with a type of Italian and might as well broaden my horizons here, right?

Thank you!

I think a lot of our family is like that honestly... My dad didn't tell me anything about anything until it started affecting me. He even preferred to get a divorce rather than explain anything to mom and I.

Also, I guess I should warn you that dad says I'm a lot like great nonno Joseph. So sorry for that in advance--also, I could definitely take a picture of the picture. Hold up.

[ Taking the chance to snap a shot of this picture she sends it over for it to pop up on Suzi's end. ]

Mom is an American, but her family is all Italian. So I guess there's just a lot of that in the family as well.

Just a curious question huh?

I would hazard a guess since a lot of the dishes she taught me how to cook were Neapolitan, but honestly I enjoy food from across all regions of Italy. I mean it's all good stuff to me. I mean who doesn't enjoy dishes like Pesto alla Genovese, or even Risotto alla Milanese?

Man, just thinking about it makes me hungry...

But yeah, dad is pretty serious most all the time, which is why it was so much fun getting to know great nonno Joseph! We had a lot of fun together, and he even taught me a little hamon.

Oh totally different, I know dad was learning how to cook a lot of Italian food back at the other world we were at for a while. I think part of it is that it was so easy to make large portions of it. Can't tell you what he made though... but considering he was getting close to a lot of southern guys there...

Although I think the guy who owned the bath house he worked at was from the north. I don't know, he seemed kind of small and happy all the time. Sure as hell was friendlier than some of the others.

He was only teaching me the basics when he got sent back home, I accidentally shocked a guy I was with when I learned it--Oh right! My name is Jolyne, I don't mind if you default one way or the other though.

Man, I wish Diego where here so I could show him my familiar and tell him to suck it. Because he was so sure that I could never have a unicorn.
