Others have spoken of nightmares. I know there are remedies, but I think it would help me more just to...talk. About what I have seen. Some of it has to be in my mind. But I can't help feeling sick and...guilty.

I am needed somewhere else. I know I am. (The voices she hears in her dreams are unmistakable. Anakin is calling for her. And sometimes there are small cries too; the cries of infants.)

Does anyone know about the Force? What about the Jedi?

The Sith? (She knows at least one person is aware of those subjects, but are there others?)

It's complicated, but she was a Jedi, and I know all about it. I've also had the privilege of being smacked with a training lightsaber, so good times.

And you're in one piece? I've only had the privilege of wielding a lightsaber once.

TRAINING saber! Extra-strong containment, burns and hurts but doesn't cut. I like sparring but I'm not suicidal!

I'm relieved to know that! Those sabers are frightening. I don't know how anyone fights with them without feeling like they are one step from death.

When you're learning a weapon, there comes a point where it feels like it's an extension of your body, where you could no more hurt yourself with it than you could unintentionally touch yourself with your own pinky. And if you're coordinated, and practiced, you can't do that either. They seem dangerous as weapons that are all blade, but weapons with two or even one blade are dangerous too.

I've never experienced that certainty while using a weapon. Except for maybe with blasters? I'm confident when I take aim with them.

I hope I reach a point where I feel coordinated enough with my sword to say it's just an extension of my arm. Knights should be that confident and skilled.

It's the same principle. Training and practice, till there's no disconnect between thought and action.

This, of course, is where I pitch my dojo for training and lessons!

Like memorizing a speech or practicing another culture's language. Except less books, I expect.

Will you accept me as a student?

I'll teach anyone who shows up and pays the 'keep Morgan fed and in a home' fee for training. Whether they become my student is up to them!

Personally I would find it reprehensible if I let you starve. How skilled are you at cooking?

My skills are unparalleled... at ordering out.
I assure you, if I had to cook for myself, I would be a corpse faster than you would believe possible.

I'm not convinced you are eating well, then. Will you give a meal prepared by me a chance?

Hey, hey, I don't keep this figure by eating poorly. But you don't have to try very hard at all to persuade me!

Nutrition isn't about amount, though I'm sure your figure is just fine.

I learned from the best cook in the galaxy, you know.

That's a heck of an impressive claim. You had me at 'meal', though! And my facilities are at your service if you need them, though I wouldn't be surprised if yours are better.
