Who wants to help me to arrange a birthday party for Jean? He'll be 18 on the 7th.

[He knows a lot of people though this is an open invitation to anyone who wants in on this whether they know him or not. She just figured this would be easier than trying to find everyone he's met... and yes, this post is absolutely filtered/locked from her fiancé.]

Yeah.
I usually tell him everything about everything and our dogs hear everything too, but even none of our pets know anything about this.

[She's amazing at keeping a poker face and secrets, in theory, she's also just used to being able to share everything with Jean these days, so hey, fun time for everyone. ...Though in theory, no one needs to lie to him! They can all just distract him from thinking about it if he ever says anything about it. Or talk with him about his birthday in general, she knows he's really looking forward to it anyway since after that he'll be able to marry her and that's-- well, it's not all he talks about but he talks about that a lot.

So far... Ummmm. The truth is that Mikasa isn't much of a party planner and she's still somewhere in the first baby steps with this.]

Cozy party in our home or somewhere else if I can't keep him out of there for long enough to get everything ready on that day. Or even make sure that he doesn't make a surprise visit on that day... Food, cake, other desserts to eat and lots of options for different things to drink.

Yeah, I became one too as soon as everyone got secondary magic.

[But he's obviously much better at it considering it's his primary magic and all. Anyway, everything helps, including his idea and Mikasa is super grateful for all the help.]

Ah, so you also know what it's like when that suddenly kicks in... Not that I miss the silence of working at a stable and animal shelter.

If you mention knight training at red spring, it might be as easy as Jean being already about to race you all the way there.
