I bought a bunch of them from that wizard that made the flower eggs. I thought the list of warnings sounded weird, so I tested the first two. Do not try it at home! Take it outside! Like, outside the city! You'll thank me later.

But I'm having trouble testing the third one. So! If anyone wants to eat an egg for science, let me know!

Important note: There is no material compensation for this! Participate at your own risk! And if you already ate one, let me know. I'll keep track if anything bad happens and send you the data. There is literally no reason not to tell me if you've already shoved one in your mouth. It's only benefits from here.

I split some with Uri, and now he’s coughing up flowers instead of hair balls. Definitely don’t let animals eat them.

I ate them and I’m fine, though.

Uri is... your cat, right? The large one? I don't think those are supposed to eat plants. Maybe they turned into flowers in his stomach, and he just has to get them out?

Do you feel fuller at all? You would think they would turn into flowers for you, too. Maybe Uri's stomach is just smaller.

That would make sense… He seems fine aside from that. I don’t know how to help him. It keeps happening.

Interesting... That's sort of weird if there's no effect at all, though. I mean, I'm sure the warning was made for *something*.

I don't know how to help animals, though... I bet an animal mage might be able to help? That seems like something they should be able to do. Or maybe a healer... Do you know a good one?

Can flowers make a large cat really sick?? I mean, they have to stop once he gets them all out, right?

I don't know?? I'm just collecting data! I've only ever taken care of chickens, and they eat everything... Like, *actually* everything.

There has to be animal mages that have healing, too... I can't imagine that there's not! Or healers that know more about animals, instead of people. Or maybe potions might help... I'm not very good at those. My Captain was better at them. But that's not helpful right now...

Ummm, I mean... Right now, it's just flowers, right? Maybe he'll be fine if he just gets them all up! I know I said that before but I can't think of anything else than that. Or finding a healer to look him over, like I said.

Is that the word for it? Do they have those here? One of those then, yes.

Maybe it's because you both ate the eggs? Maybe physical proximity to other egg-eaters prompts a response... or maybe not, since then you'd also be affected?? This is the frustrating part about magic. No one ever documents their work well enough. They think they can just make magical things and fling them into the world.
