I can understand the feeling of not wanting to dream. Dreams can be so sweet while filling a heart with sorrow. Unfortunately I do not think there is a way to stop dreams from happening. Sacrificing sleep is not a healthy alternative and may only make things worse. I think all we can do is learn to live with our dreams.

I suppose it depends on the dream. For example, if you were dreaming about doing an activity or hobby you miss doing, perhaps doing whatever it may be will satisfy your mind and change your dreams. Something of that sort might be simple... Sometimes trying something new can help, as well as doing something special with people you care about that makes you happy.

Well, definitely give it a try! I'm sure your friends would enjoy your company anyway, and that they would want to help change your dreams somehow! Maybe go for a karaoke night, and you'll find a song stuck in your head that goes with you til you sleep, and that can change your dreams!

You don't have to be a good singer to karaoke! Believe me when I say that isn't the priority for people when they karaoke, it's about having fun! If being a good singer was important, people would probably not do it while they're intoxicated!

I see it all the time with the kind of business I'm in! Maybe come down to the host club with some friends, I'll help you have the time of your life and throw in some karaoke!
