how do you make dreams stop?

But are you sure you want them to stop all together, or would you just prefer they were different? Dreams are a healthy part of sleep. Dreams will happen regardless as to whether or not you regain memory of them. But they are a sign that you are getting a proper amount of sleep.
My job at home was sleep and dreams.

I think I just want it to be different. The dreams I'm having...I don't really like them. They're not nightmares or anything like that. Just constant.

So it's a dream you don't like but it's not a nightmare? Hm, interesting.

But how do I have a plan? Don't dreams just...happen?
