[ Xingchen studies the images before shaking his head with a little smile and goes out to find his friend. He comes bearing a second warm coat as well as gloves, and approaches after a few minutes. ]

A-Yang, you should be more careful with your fingers.

[ He drapes the coat around Xue Yang then reaches for those poor hands to warm them up a little before putting the gloves on them. ]

Next time you want to play, remember to wear gloves, alright?

[He hears the footsteps and smirks when Ying scrambles over the snow for Xingchen's attention. She looks very sleepy. Clearly her kind hibernate in the Winter, but she can't because her chosen is crazy!]

They'll thaw out! [He wiggles his fingers and laughs, falling quiet when he is fussed over. The gloves feel nice - as does the coat - but he doesn't let either stop him from snuggling in close.]

[ Xiu appears by wiggling up to Ying and giving her a nuzzle before climbing up Xingchen's robes to wrap around his neck to help keep him warm. He smiles softly at his familiar and nuzzles her sweet head before wrapping Xue Yang up in both coat and his arms to help warm him. The silly words make him smile again and he shakes his head, fond. ]

I don't know. What made you do this?

[Ying softens and licks over Xiu's face. She then huddles against Xue Yang's legs, hugging his calf. He glances down at her and rubs over her ears. Then he tucks himself against Xingchen, eyes bright with mischief.]

It's fun! Lots of people have stared~ [And that's funny.]

[ Xingchen reaches down to give Ying's sweet head a rub as well before standing against the other man, content to share what warmth he can without ruining his fun. He can't help the giggle at that bright answer. ]

[Ying makes a soft sleepy sound and yawns. Xue Yang stands so she can balance on his feet and keep her paws out of the snow. Then he slips his arms around Xingchen, his breath fogging the air between them.]

Don't you like attention? Making people gasp is funny.

[ He smiles softly down at Ying and tries to help as well. It's Xue Yang's wrapping around him that helps keep the chill away and he lets their heads rest together for warmth. ]

I have trouble with crowds still. And I don't really like being the center of attention.

[Ying will climb up Xue Yang and huddle under the coat soon enough. Just the tip of her nose will protrude from his neck hole. He reaches back and pets her before hugging Xingchen a little tighter.]

He's so eager to go outside and do anything... But building and destroying snowmen with some cool guy with a cool sword shoots right up to the top of the list. He's already dressing and grabbing his sharpest sword (of the, uh, four he owns for some reason?) even as he's recording this message. ]
