It still keeps going off when he moves too much though since the smoke doesn't really have anywhere to go with snow blocking his door and windows, so he's staying still where he is. u_u; ]

And yet I find my attempts to preserve my own life worth the mild annoyance of those who are not buried beneath a man taller than my height in snow as I would not blame any other trying the same.

You're not going to die as long as the temperature inside stays above freezing. Even if it feels like you are.
It's a spell that prevents you from feeling the worst effects of extreme temperature hot or cold. It won't give you any sort of protection from the elements though so don't think you can suddenly go running around outside in nothing but a skirt.

It's snowing, which means the water is frozen. Does that not imply that it is freezing? Does this get worse?
